	Credit Agreement
	When approved for normal credit the following provisions apply: This agreement is between Typecraft Press Inc. and the Applicant. Terms: Due and Payable net 30 days from invoice day. If the 30th is not a regular business day, then the first regular business day following the 30th day. Late Payment: Past due amounts are subject to a late payment service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance, which is an annual rate of 18%. Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the customer in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. Of no such claim is made, the job has been accepted, and customer agrees that Typecraft Press Inc. performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications. As security for payment of any sum due under terms of this agreement, Typecraft Press Inc. has the right to hold and/or place a lien on all customer property in our possession. In the event of litigation arising out of this agreement, the applicant agrees to pay all collection costs and attorneys' fees in addition to all other sums due. Laws covering this agreement, jurisdiction, and venue shall be the state of Pennsylvania. The person completing this document (hereafter referred to as applicant) furnishes the preceding business and personal credit information for the purpose of establishing credit with Typecraft Press Inc. and inducing Typecraft Press Inc. to allow them to become indebted to Typecraft Press Inc. for the purchase of goods, materials, or services. The applicant certifies that all information is correct and complete. Typecraft Press Inc. is authorized to contact any parties listed to verify any information and the applicant waives any right to privacy of credit information.
